How to Lose Weight

Now a days the most of us are facing a common health problem i.e. increasing fats inside our body.Actually  fats are nothing but the excess carbohydrates and  fatty acids that we take which our body is unable to convert those into useful energy.This thing appears below our skin layer.Some of the fatty acids are essential to our body which we can derive from foods.We can not completely avoid these foods but to some extent we can.This article helps you to lose  weight and  maintain a sound health. 

     Diet

  • Avoid skipping meals.It may lead to other nutrient deficient diseases.
  •  Eat  from home.If you eat outside or any other restaurant you have limited option about your diets.
  • Eat green vegetables  and avoid  diary products which are rich in fat.
  • Prefer healthy oils.
  • Take fat burning foods like egg, whey,almonds , nuts ,green tea etc.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Eat whole grains instead of refined foods.            

     Exercises

  • Introduce aerobic to your daily routine.                 
  • Workout in gym.
  • Join any class like kickboxing,yoga,marital art etc.
  • Try to attend any outdoor game  regularly .
  • Walking and jugging will be very helpful to reduce abdominal fats.  
  • Practice interval workout  if you are tired of any other workout.
  • Do not lose hope and never give up these processes.You can notice a remarkable loss  in weight after a few days.
