How to make Chocolate

Making chocolates using cocoa beans is the best job for professionals and for those people with a lot of time.If you want chocolates then you don't have to wait or go any where.Lets experience the procedures.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups(220gm,) cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup softened  butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup of milk
  • 1/4 Tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 Tsp plain flour

Method:


  1. Mix cocoa and butter in a processor till it forms a paste.
  2. Take 1/4th water in a pan.
  3. Place the bowl on the top of the water.
  4. Put the paste in the bowl and heat till it becomes hot.
  5. Mix it Thoroughly to get it smooth. 
  6. Warmed milk,sugar flour are added to the paste and mixed well.
  7. Pour the mixture into molds and keep it  in the fridge.
  8. When it becomes hard cut it into pieces and enjoy it.. 

How to make pizza

Pizza is one of the most  popular dishes in the world.It is a flat  round bread which is baked and covered  with tomatoes or tomatoes sauce.Other things are preferred  on it according to the region ,culture or personal preference.In this article we will learn how to make pizza.

The basic thing in making pizza is  preparing the dough and pizza sauce.Pizza is baked  in the oven after adding cheese and toppings.you will be able to prepare this by following the steps below.

Ingredients:

  • Grated cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Yeast
  • Sifted flour
  • Warm water
  • 1/2 Tsp-Sugar
  • Tbsp-Salt
  • Butter
  • Clove-garlic
  • 1/4 Tsp-Black peeper
  • Canned tomatoes
  • 1 Tsp-Whole basil
  • Onions(minced)
  • Tomato paste 
   Toppings

  • Chopped onions
  • Green peepers
  • Sausage
  • Chicken
  • Olives
  • Mushrooms
  • Pineapples

Process:

Take the warm water in a large bowl and add sugar.Dissolve it completely.Dissolve the yeast in it and leave the mixture for 10 minutes. Add   yeast and olive oil  when the mixture becomes foamy and cloudy on its surface.Add  three cups of flour and shake it to dissolve.When the Flour has absorbed all the moisture  and looks like a firm mass, take it to a table top and start to knead it.Knead it up to 10-12 mins.After kneading is complete , when the dough appears silky textured ball , coat it with a thin layer  of olive oil.



  •  Sauce

Normally we use tomato sauce in our home.It would better to use simpler sauce than this.Butter and olive oil is being melted in an oven.Now slowly saute the garlic and onions.then add tomatoes,salt,peeper,basil. Boil it. Cover it and let it bubble for two hours.Continue the process till the sauce reaches the  consistency of soup.

  • Topping

Spread the pizza sauce  into the middle of the dough.Spread it evenly above the dough surface.Leave a margin in the  outer of the dough sheet.Now create a layer of the cheese on it.All the other toppings are added according to the preference.

  • Baking

Now heat your oven up to 450 Fahrenheit.Place this on the oven.leave it For 10-15 mins.When the cheese on it completely melts and appears brown ,you pizza is ready.Now serve it to your friends and enjoy.

How to decrease Image size.

Images are a part of multimedia that find a vast use in our everyday life. They can be used in Project Reports, Power point presentations and even kept as memory of the past. The digital images that we use are of various sizes. According to our requirement we can alter the size of these images. This can be done with the help of an application from Microsoft Office known as Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Here are some steps that can help to do so :

i)    Open the required image. Open the image whose size is to be decreased with the Microsoft Office Picture Manager. If you do not have Microsoft Office installed then you can download it  from the official website of Microsoft.















ii)   Select the Edit Pictures option. Click on the Edit Pictures option and then select the Compress option. This will enable you to decrease the size of the image as per requirement.



















iii)   Format selection. On performing the above operation you will get four options of image formats. Select the most appropriate one and then click Ok. On clicking Ok you will notice that both the file size as well as the image size will be reduced. 
      

How to calculate Income Tax


Income tax is the amount of money we pay to the government against our income. For calculating it, first you should find your taxable income. This includes your total salary + various allowances + interest paid for home loan + deductions under chapter VI A (80 C, 80 CCC etc). Fill all these information in form 16.

Income tax is exempted for the following :

i)   Male salary upto 2 lakh and age under 65 years.

ii)  Female salary upto 2 lakh and age under 65 years.

iii) Upto 5 lakhs for senior citizens.

Tax is levied as :

  • 10% for taxable salary upto 5 lakhs.
  • 20% for taxable salary from 5 - 10 lakhs.
  • Beyond 10 lakhs it is 30%.
For example if you are a male of age 35 years, then ;

Salary Income (A) = 1000000.
Exemption under section 10 (B) = 50000.
Salary minus exemption (C = A - B) = 950000.
Deductions under chapter VI - A (D) = 150000 [80C].
Taxable income (E = C - D) = 800000.
Tax on above taxable income is calculated as below :
Exemption (F) = 200000.
Tax upto 3 lakh (3 lakh - F) * 10%. (G) = 10000.
Tax for slab 3 - 5 lakh (200000 * 20%) (H) = 40000.
Tax for slab above 5 lakh (F - 500000) * 30% (I) = 90000.
Total tax (G + H + I) = 140000.

So, Rs140000 is the total Income tax calculated against the total income.

How to Delete Yahoo Account.

Yahoo is an application which performs various tasks like Search engine, Messenger, etc. You can store your mails here. However if you want to quit using yahoo services you can easily delete your yahoo account by following these simple steps :


1)  Go to the Yahoo! Account termination page.

  • After going to the page, Sign In by entering your username & password.
2)  Problem logging in.










  • If you can't login, click I can't access my account, select the problem you are facing, and then you gain access to your account.

3)  Read the account termination notification page.

















  • After reading you will notice that if you delete your account, you will lose access to all yahoo services such Yahoo Mail, contacts, Flicker account, etc.
4) Verify your decision.












  • After you enter your password and the captcha code and select "Terminate this Account" you will be redirected to a page which will confirm that your account has been deleted. Your account will be completely deleted after 90 days.

How to Deactivate your Facebook Account.

Deactivating a Facebook account will hide your facebook account from the other users, but you can return as and when you please. The steps involved in Deactivating a facebook account are as follows :


i)   Logging into Facebook : 
After logging into your facebook account, click on the down arrow. Then after clicking "Account Settings" select the "Security" option. Go down and click the option "Deactivate your account." 


ii)  Confirm your decision :
Confirm your decision again so as not to make any mistake.

iii) Reason for deactivating :
From the many reasons given below select the most suitable one.

iv) To explain further fill up the "please explain further" option :
Add some more reasons for the deactivation. 



v)   Select "Opt out of receiving future mails from Facebook."
On selecting this option you will be free from all messages and emails sent from your friends.

vi) Select "Confirm" option.
After completing the above steps, click the Confirm button in order to complete the process of deactivation. By doing this your account will be hidden from all other facebook users.You also have the opportunity to return back at any time you please  by re-activating your account.

How to Delete Gmail Account.

Gmail is a free application from Google, which enable us to send, receive & store numerous emails at a go and that is why it is a very powerful tool for business and other purposes. But sometimes situation arises that it becomes mandatory to delete your Gmail Account. So one must follow these steps in order to delete it.  :

1)   Login your Account.


  • Open "http://www.gmail.com" and then enter your user name & password and then click sign in.

2)   Open the details of your Account.
  • In the right corner of Gmail window, you will find your username written and beside it a small downward pointing arrow. Clicking on it will open a pop up menu, inside it click on the "Account" option.


3)   Now click "Close entire account option" .
  • After clicking on Account, you will find that a new tab will be created. Under it inside the Account Management section, click on "Close entire account and delete all services and information associated with it".

4)   Have a re look.
  • You should now turn off each and every services of Google, that you will lose after deleting your account.


5)   Delete your account.


  • After turning off the services of Google, enter your password in the desired space and then click on "DELETE GOOGLE ACCOUNT", and your account will be deleted permanently.

Study nowadays has become a far more vast and complicated topic as it used to be some decades ago. With the ever increasing syllabus we find it very hard to concentrate on studies as our brain does not cope up with the same. The steps you can follow in order to enhance your concentration are as follows : 

#  Issues regarding concentration.

1) Focus. First fix a certain goal and then study in order to achieve it.

2) Avoid distractions. In the modern era, there are plenty of distractions which will keep you off track such as friends, electronics gadgets, social networking, relationships etc. You need to avoid them in order to achieve your goals.

3) Lack of Sleep. Modern studies confirm that in order to concentrate more you need to have a sound sleep of at least 7 hrs.

# Create a concentration friendly environment.

1) Keep your study equipments at hand. In order to avoid distractions keep all your stationery  items such as pen, pencil, notebook etc at hand.

2) Prepare a Timetable. Prepare a compact timetable giving equal emphasis on each and every subject.

3) Select a calm place to study. A calm place will keep you distraction free and will also increase your efficiency.

4) Turn off the electronic gadgets. These may include T.V, cellphones, tablets etc.

  • When the mind is fresh, it can deal with unpleasant topics more efficiently. Negotiate with them at first and keep easy topics for the end.
  • Read those topics again & again over which your mind had glided on.
  • Maintain your posture while studying. Don't just lean against a wall, droop down or bend. The best way is to sit on a chair & table.
  • Our mind understands those things more easily which it see's and experiences,. So while studying try to visualize whatever you study.
  • While studying you may get lost in your thoughts, fantasies. Do not be a daydreamer, be in the real world & only think about your goals.

How to Apply for a PAN Card

Permanent Account Number (PAN) is a unique alphanumeric combination issued to all juristic entities identifiable under the Indian Income Tax Act 1961. It can also be used as an important ID proof.



There are currently two modes of application for a PAN Card - Offline & Online.

i) Offline. 

In an Offline mode of application you can either submit your application form yourself or can take the help of a professional Chartered accountant or an agent.

  • At first you will have to procure form 49A. Fill it properly following all the instructions. You will also need a recent color photograph for the same.
  • Once the form is filled, affix a copy of Address proof and ID proof along with a processing fee of Rs 94, before submitting it to your nearest TIN application centre. After submitting the form you will receive an acknowledgement number, which will help to get the status of your PAN application.
  • Your PAN card will be dispatched to you within a month.
ii) Online.

Online mode is less cumbersome and more efficient as compared to offline mode.
  • Duly read all the guidelines before filling the application. Now fill the form, Pay a sum of Rs. 94+ surcharge.
  • After the payment is made you will receive an acknowledgement slip. print this on an A4 size paper and paste a recent passport size color photograph. Affix a copy of address proof and proof of ID before mailing it to the following address : 
             Income TAX PAN Services Unit,
             National Securities Depository Limited,
             Third Floor, Sapphire Chambers,
             Near Baner Telephone Exchange,
             Baner, Pune - 411045.

  • On the Envelope write in bold letters " APPLICATION FOR PAN - [Acknowledgement Number]".
  • PAN Card will be dispatched to you within 15 days of receipt of acknowledgement form.

How to Apply for Aadhar Card

Aadhar Card as issued by Govt of India, aims to provide a unique ID number for every single individual across the country. It is regulated by an independent authority which is UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India).

# How to get an Aadhar Card ?

Since Aadhar card is distributed by Govt of India, it can only be obtained by registering oneself at authorized Aadhar enrollment centre. One need to follow the following procedures for procuring Aadhar Card : 

  • Documents of Address and Identity which are duly attested by a gazetted officer are a must, which must be carried along with an Aadhar enrollment form to the authorised Aadhar enrollment centre.
  • The officials at the enrollment centre will carry out a document verification process.
  • Your details will be entered in to the system and will need to cross check it.
  • After that the process of entering of your fingerprint & Iris scanning will be carried out.
  • A photograph of yours will be taken.
  • The official at the centre will then validate your form along with his initials.
  • A printed acknowledgement slip will be generated bearing an enrollment number and other necessary details.
  • Now your details will be counter verified and Aadhar Card will be dispatched to you within a period of 60-90 days.
  • You can easily check the status of your Aadhar card by logging on to the official webpage of UIDAI and filling up the necessary details.

How to Change your Gmail Password.

Gmail is an application from Google which helps you send, receive and store all your E-mails in one place. Every time you log into Gmail you have to enter your Username and Password. For security reasons the password is kept a secret.It is advisable to keep changing the mail password from time to time. It also helps in maintaining the privacy. You can change your Gmail password by following these steps :

i)   Log in to your Gmail account.

  • In order to log in to your Gmail account enter your username and current password.
ii)  Click on the Settings icon.


  • Click on the cog like icon at the top right of the screen and select the Settings menu.
iii) Click on "Accounts and Import" option.

  • Select it to open your account options menu.
iv)  Select "Change password" option.


  • Clicking this will open the "My Account" window.
v)   Time to change your password.
  • Enter your current password and your new password.Remember your new password must have at least 8 characters. After this confirm the newly entered password and click the "Change password" option to complete the process. In the future log in with the new password.

How to Calculate BMI

The BMI (Body Mass Index) calculation is a standard process which indicates whether you are overweight or not by comparing your height with your weight. To calculate BMI manually follow these steps :

i)   Apparatus Required.
  • Metre tape/scale.
  • Weighing Machine.
  • Pencil & Paper.
  • Calculator.
ii)  Measure your Height.
  • You can easily measure your height using a Metre Tape or by marking your height against a wall.
iii) Measure your Weight.

  • You can weigh yourself by weighing machines which can be commonly found in Pathological labs.
iv) Formula for Calculation.
     Note down your weight in kg and height in mtrs. Substitute the values in following formula : 
     BMI = (Weight in kg) / (height in metre) x ( height in metre). 
     For the sake of accuracy, repeat the above process and take the mean of the observations.

#  Observations.
    Based on the standard results, you can judje yourself on the index of BMI.
  • BMI < 18 = Underweight.
  • BMI < 18.5 = Thin for your height.
  • 18.6 < BMI < 24.9 = Healthy.
  • 25 < BMI < 29.9 = Overweight.
  • BMI > 30 = Obese.

How to Delete your Facebook Account.

Facebook has become an addiction nowadays. If you want to get rid of this addiction, you can simply delete your Facebook account by following these steps :

i)     Make a backup of Facebook contacts and notify your friends.
  •  Since you will no longer have an access to Facebook you better make a backup of all your Facebook contacts, in order to remain in touch with your close ones.
ii)    Uninstall all your Facebook account apps.
  • After completing account deletion process you must not have any access to Facebook via any pre-installed apps. So, better uninstall them.
iii)   Now it's time to Quit.
  • After completing the above two processes, go to the following URL http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=delete_account. After this click Submit.
iv)   Think twice.
  • After this a message will appear which is "You are about to permanently delete your account.Are you sure?" Enter your password, pass the security check and click "Okay".
v)    Final check.
  • Another check in will appear reading whether you want to permanently delete your account. Click "Okay" to continue.
vi)   Do not Revert.
  • You will then be redirected out of the login screen. Remember not to login again in two weeks, as in this case your account will be reactivated.
vii)  Ignore the E-mail you receive from Facebook.
  • Facebook will send you an E-mail saying that "Your account is scheduled for deletion". Ignore it and do not login again.
viii) Accidental login.
  •  Within the span of two weeks, if you login accidentally into your Facebook account, you will receive a message containing two options "Deactivate Account" and "Cancel Request". Do not select any of them. Deactivate Account will lead to deactivation instead of deletion and Cancel Request will lead to cancellation of your request for deletion. The appropriate option is to close the running browser.
