How to Convert Word to PDF.

As all of you know that, PDF files are usually used for official purpose because they are easy to handle and errors due to incompatibilities of Word Processor can easily be sorted out in it. Also if people are using different word processors they can share files easily in PDF format. So following are the ways which can be used to convert a word file to a PDF one.

Word 2007

Steps : 

  • Open the required Word Document.



































  • Click on the "File" button.



    
  • Click on the Save as < PDF or XPS.



  • Type the File name and adjust the settings.


  • Click "Save / Publish".
